To have someone other than Alkire Construction build your home is in my opinion, a mistake.  Stuart built our first new home for us and we experienced none of the frustrations that you hear about from many of those having a custom home built.

I can’t remember a single instance of our having some issue with the project that Stuart was not already aware of.    Even the job site itself was one of the cleanest I have seen.  We never even did a “punch list” because Stuart was ahead of us at almost every turn.  Do yourself a favor and simplify your new home experience by letting Alkire Construction do it for you.
